Investor Centre

On 30 November 2009, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ Group) bought ING Group’s 51% shareholding in ING (NZ) Holdings Limited (ING NZ). ING NZ is now a wholly owned subsidiary of ANZ National Bank Limited which is part of ANZ Group. ING NZ and its subsidiaries have a licence to use the ING brand while transitioning to a new brand, which is expected to be by the end of 2010.
