ING Property Trust Management Limited, as manager of ING Property Trust, wishes to advise that the strike price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, operating in respect of the distribution payable on Friday, 18 December 2009, is $0.7512 per unit. The strike price is inclusive of the 2.5% discount and is calculated as the weighted average of the prices at which units in the Trust were sold through NZX during the period of seven calendar days immediately following the record date.
