Annual meeting and independent director nomination closing date

ING Property Trust Management Limited would like to advise that the annual meeting of unitholders of the ING Property Trust (“Trust”) will be held on Monday, 23 August 2010 at Eden Park, 5 Walters Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.

Nominations for independent director are now being accepted.

Nominations:

• Can only be made by unitholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting and the Manager, ING Property Trust Management Limited;
• Must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated, together with a brief CV of the nominee; and
• Must be received by Wednesday 23 June 2010.
